Does your script require a search for extraterrestrial life? Then look no further than The Observatory. Tucked away in rolling farmland among majestic mountains is the Robert C. Byrd Green Bank Telescope (GBT), the world’s largest fully steerable radio telescope. (Yes, it moves!) The GBT is 480’ at its highest point, and the oval dish measures 328’ x 360’ (that’s 2.3 acres!). While the GBT is the largest, there are many more radio telescopes at The Observatory, all of which provide a great setting for your next production.
