Rick Watson was the Director of the Digital Media Center in Berkeley Springs, WV. The DMC used various productions to train locals how to create and support local and incoming projects using on-the-job training. Half a dozen of these trainees have gone on to work in the TV and film industries.As a child, he was the A/V guy at home and in school. In the USAF, he worked on gimbal mounted cameras and taught new airmen to do the same.
